JIS Spring to Debut Turkish Pavilion and Product Showcase Lounge

It’s taking place from March 13-15, 2022 at Miami Beach Convention Center.

JIS Spring, the industry’s leading cash-and-carry event to meet the Spring and Summer demand, announces the debut of a new international pavilion dedicated to Turkish jewelry in collaboration with the Turkish Jewellery Exporters’ Association, a nonprofit association affiliated with Rebpublic of Türkiye Ministry of Trade. JIS Spring will also launch the new Product Showcase Lounge to highlight new brands and products from the show floor. Taking place from March 13-15, 2022 at Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach, FL, JIS Spring is conveniently located within walking distance from hotels with multiple transportation options, an on-site parking garage and valet services.

JIS Spring will debut the first pavilion dedicated to Turkish jewelry in the U.S. besides the JCK Show in Las Vegas. The new Turkish Pavilion at JIS will launch with over 25 companies that offer a wide range of products of 14 and 18 karat gold jewelry, diamond jewelry and handmade designer artisan jewelry. The location of Miami Beach offers the Turkish pavilion exhibitors access to a new community of customers that they have never met before from the South American and the Caribbean markets. Turkish jewelry is highly competitive in price to quality aspects and the pavilion’s cohort of exhibiting brands and makers to offer JIS attendees unique designs both in commercial goods as well as one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry.

“We understand the importance of the U.S. Market especially as the leading importer of gold and silver jewelry in the world. As Turkey is one of the leaders of jewelry exports, there is a huge opportunity to expand Turkish exports into the U.S. market. Turkish jewelers have set a target of doubling our jewelry trade within the U.S. in the next 3-4 years. To meet that target, we are moving forward more aggressively to communicate and market the importance and value of Turkish jewelry more than ever,” states Mustafa Kamar, president, Turkish Jewellery Exporters’ Association.

The Turkish Jewelry pavilion will join three other JIS Spring pavilions including Fine Jewelry, Silver & Fashion and The Galleria featuring nearly 300 domestic and international established and new exhibiting manufacturers, wholesalers and brands. JIS events are well-timed shows dedicated to buying cycles of the seasons to provide retailers with the convenience to choose between immediate delivery of purchases right on the show floor allowing for instant stock and resale in stores or placing orders for future shipment.

New to JIS Spring is also the Product Showcase Lounge, an upscale and comfortable lounge with product showcases highlighting new products, lines and trends from exhibitors that can be found on the show floor. Light refreshments will be served in the Product Showcase Lounge.

“Over the past few years, we have received valuable feedback in post-event surveys that our buyers want to quickly identify and discover what’s new and trending for the upcoming season. The new Product Showcase Lounge will give them the ability to do exactly that while networking with industry peers, enjoying refreshments, and having a place to sit down and plan their time on the show floor,” says Lauren Van Rensburg, marketing director of JIS Events. “We are always listening to the needs of our buyers and we’re pleased to test the concept at JIS Spring – with hopes of expanding the lounge at JIS Fall this October.”

Registration is now open to all qualified buyers and trade professionals.
